Nighthawk Router Switching WiFi Channels After Specifying One

I've specified my Nighthawk router's 5GHz network to be on Channel 64. I used "WiFi Analyzer" to double check that the network is on channel 64. For about two days, it stays on channel 64, but now it's showing channel 100.
Is there another setting that is still causing it to switch channels away from the one I specified?

Channel 64 is a Dynamic Frequency Selection, DFS channel. These will swap to another channel if they see something that feels like a radar signal. Here is an easy to understand writeup.

If you use a non DFS channel the router probably will not swap channels.
