Nighthawk X4 R7500v2 QoS 'Apply' Button Grayed Out

Hi. We've had this router since June 2017, and it's worked pretty well so far. We made a few adjustments upon getting it. We changed the password and name, and turned off Dynamic QoS. Recently, my family and I have gotten a bunch of new devices (thanks IoT) and since we have over 15 devices on a 150mbps/down connection (>10mbps/device), we decided to turn back on Dynamic QoS. Upon doing this, we are greeted with a bandwidth test. It doesn't move.

You can literally type in the box, and the box didn't move for 10min. I decided to just look at what we had bought, which was 150/40mbps. I typed that in, and turned on Dynamic QoS. When I went up to click apply, the button does not work.

 Any fixes, or reasons this might be happening?

Firmware: V1.0.3.26

OS: Windows 10 Creators Update
