Hi, we are having alot of trouble to gain access to control our Modem Router especially with the genie app to control the parental control - if some one could help as we did not relise you only get 90days to talk to Netgear

1. Is your router the R7800? If so, what is the firmware version?

2. Are you trying to setup Live Parental Controls?

3. Are you getting any error messages?

4. Which OS (Android, iOS, PC, Mac) are you using to set it up?
