When I enable the VLAN/IPTV checkbox and the router restarts I can never get internet connection. No matter what settings I set or if I do not change anything from standars settings.
Can anyone understand why this should happen? Is there anything I can check or ask the ISP that I would need to know?
Thanks for the help. However that is the instruction I have been following, but as soon as I enable the VLAN/IPTV checkbox the WAN dies. Its like I cant have WAN and VLAN at the same time.
When you enable the VLAN, your TV devices are bridged to the internet, and will get their IP addresses directly from your ISP. If your ISP isn't set up for that, then it is possible that the TV device might be getting the router's WAN address. So you probably should contact your ISP.
