Nighthawk X6 R8000 drop connection

I have a X6 R800 for about a year and 3 months, about a month ago started to drop only the wifi connection,if connect it with ethernet cable internet works just fine. I have tried factory reset, installed previus firmware, change channels and nothing works, the connection drops multiple times a day and have to do hard rest.

Any suggestions ?

1. What are the firmwares you have tried loading on your router?

2. Reset and reconfigure the router manually after reloading the firmwares and check if the same.

1. How many wireless devices affected?

2. Is it on 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz or both?

3. Have you tried changing channels?

the internet completely droops , all devises disconnect on 2.4 ghz and 5ghz .

Hi Taly33,

 

Just to verify that only wireless devices are experiencing intermittent internet connection but wired is working? If internet is disconnected, is your wireless devices still connected to the wireless network?

No, all divides will lost connection and the network wont show at all
