Nighthawk X6 R8000 low throughput

Hey everyone,
When my PC is directly connected to my cable modem I'm getting 550mbps down, 50up
When I connect directly to the Nighthawk X6 R8000 it drops down to 125/15.
When I run the speed test from my PC and another machine at the same time (anticipating that they should both easily be able to get 125m down per device (125*2=250 still be far less than 550) they end up splitting the 125, example one device got about 85m, and the other got the remaining 40m. Each device can get 125m down on their own when speed tests are run one at time. My PC also being able to get the 550m down as I mentioned already when it's direct to the modme.
This is telling me that the throughput of the X6 is extremely limited by something.
Firmware Version
V1.0.4.28_10.1.54
Any ideas?

well that was quick. I disabled Enable Dynamic QoS.
It also appeared to have a very old speedtest in there which was 130/15
Now I'm getting 500+ down on my PC - hardwired
over 280 down on my mobile phone - wifi
awesome!!

Re: Nighthawk X6 R8000 low throughput
That's the standard first move with this issue. You found it before anyone could jump in.
I add to this merely to say that with an internet connection that fast QoS is unnecessary. All it does is eat up processing power on the device.
