Nighthawk X8 R8500 - wifi 2,4Ghz and 5 Ghz2 not working

I bought this NetgearR8500 in December 2016 at BestBuy Orlando.
I installed it on January 15 when I came back to Brazil, and since the beginning of the installation the 3 band wifi never worked correctly.
I upgraded the firmware, but it did not solve the initial problems.
First was the 2,4ghz band that was always off, and after 4 reboots, started working, but the signal was not so good.
February 14, 2017 was the final act of this router. The blue led of the 4 antennas went out and the wifi signal disappeared.
I got in touch with netgear support (protocol 27917542, 28059728 and 28059615) and they tried to help me with different ways to reset and install firmware.
It was repeated 3 firmwares (1.0.2.86, 1.0.2.80 and the previous 1.0.2.64), and all of them did not work.
My R8500 Router turns on, and after 2 min with all LEDs on, the 3 wifi leds remain lit, but only the 5G-1 works, the 2.4G and 5.0G-2 are on but do not work. After 2 min the wifi turns itself off and does not turn on even pressing the wifi button.

The netgear support reported that I would have to send this router parents or friends who has a home in the US, and they gave me 3 alternatives to pick up this router in USA, the first one for free but it took more than a week, the second one with a cost of $ 16.9 and 2 days of delay to exchange and the third on with a coast of $29.9 with exchange the next day.
I researched the complaints of this R8500 in the netgear community and what I saw are innumerous complaints of wifi problems similar to mine, having cases with exchange of 3 routers.

The cost to ship to the USA is almost $ 100 plus the cost of $ 16.90 of pick-up and a further $ 65.00 of shipping cost to Brazil, not counting the cost of customs, which gives almost $ 182, more than half the price of a new appliance. At Bestbuy today this handset is $ 349.99.
I decided not to risk sending this device to the USA, afraid to pay the fees and have a "new" device that gives problem in 1 month of use.
Today I use my Netgear R6250, but the next purchase will surely be a Linksys EA9500 or Asus AC5300.

Sorry to see that you are having problems with the netgear r8500 the antennas are the radios on this router feed by a gray and a black rg174 coax cable that supplies both voltage to run the antennas and the signal to be amplified and run the leds in the antennas.
