We just bought this router and connected it to another via Ethernet. It worked for a few minutes but then stopped. The router is showing full wifi connection and so is my phone but nothing will load. I’m not tech savvy at all, please help!

What other router do you have it connected to?
Running 2 routers in router mode causes a double nat and can cause issues.

You can put one in access point mode. so:
Modem-----router (in router mode)------router (in access point mode)

Re: Nighthawk XR300 showing connection to internet but nothing loads
For clarification we are trying to use this router as a booster for our original router via Ethernet.
