My nighthawk router was working fine, then just stopped being available. Neither the 2.4 nor the 5 gig lights are lit up.
It is somewhat complicated because I have an AT&T combination modem and router box that my router is plugged into, so I don't know for sure if the problem is with my router or with the AT&T combo box.

Is that accurate? Not R6700v2 or R6700v3? Firmware version?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Pay special attention to "WiFi
On/Off button with LED". (Did you press it?)

If the appropriate wireless-radio ststus indicators in the R6700[vX]
are off, then I wouldn't try to blame some other device.

• What is the difference between WiFi 6 and WiFi 7?
• Yes! WiFi 7 is backwards compatible with other Wifi devices? Learn more
