Nighthawk ac2100 weak password

When I check my avg wifi security on my iphone I get the message “the router has a weak password”. The password is encrypted with 14 characters, I have change it many times and get the same message. Looking for help to resolve this issue. Thanks

   "encrypted"?  What does that mean to you?

   _Which_ "The password"?  Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in
your model number, and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at
least).  Read.  Look for "Types of Logins".
