Nighthawk app log in issue

I set up our new router throught the Nighthawk app and everyone is loving it. My hubby downloaded the app and can't log in or see the controls on my phone/app.

Which router is that? You don't say. Does it have the latest firmware?

Which app is that? iPhone or Android? What happens when you try to login?

Sadly, both apps have had their problems. At the moment the Android app is broken for some mobile devices. Samsung phones seem to be especially vulnerable. The app just wont start.

Quick update, since this discussion started, Netgear has put out an update to the Nighthawk and Orbi Android apps. This has removed some of the bugs – the app will not start on my Android phone – but it still has problems. Switching between devices causes a crash.

My iPhone is running ios 15.0.1 and not able to log in thru my netgear app, I have remove the app and reinstall and still not able to log in.

I'm on IOS 14 but this is happening to me as well.  I know for a fact the NH app was working this last weekend, because I used it.  Sent a bug report from the app.
