All the lights may be on, but do they show the expected behaviour? Right color? Blinking or steady?
Sadly "nothing responds" offers few diagnostic clues.
What is this nothing that doesn't respond?
Wifi clients? Wired devices?

Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)

Helps direct user to proper forums which they should be posting in in the first place. NG WiFI Routers forums isnt' a catch all for all products. NG has specific forums for specific products.
Forums need a re-model though.

It certainly helps, which is why I do it all the time, albeit in as helpful a way as possible, rather than what many could interpret as a curt "sling your hook" reponse.
