Nighthawk c700v2 no longer works.

Coax wire fell out and wouldn't work after being plugged back in. Did a power cycle and did a factory reset. Now all the lights are on and nothing responds. Any idea what to do to fix it?

Did you restart the rest of the network on the right order? Modem/router first, then the rest in sequence.

All the lights may be on, but do they show the expected behaviour? Right color? Blinking or steady?

Sadly "nothing responds" offers few diagnostic clues.

What is this nothing that doesn't respond?

Wifi clients? Wired devices?

Yet more evidence that the a bald "take your message elsewhere" reponse is confusing and adds to the mess around here,

Helps direct user to proper forums which they should be posting in in the first place. NG WiFI Routers forums isnt' a catch all for all products. NG has specific forums for specific products. 

Forums need a re-model though.

It certainly helps, which is why I do it all the time, albeit in as helpful a way as possible, rather than what many could interpret as a curt "sling your hook" reponse.
