Nighthawk cannot connect to local device. Need to reset
I am using COX Gigablast service. I am connect to an external server but unable to access the internet. This is sparodic. I will wait and then get thru. Is this associated with a setting on my router

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
