Nighthawk x6 ac2200 connecting issues to Nowtv hub 2

just received and problems setting up. I'm using the nighthawk app but it won't verify my routers password. My router is Nowtv hub 2. Any suggestions. Thank you

have you tried installing using the installation assistant and not the app?
