What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Unless you have the optical equivalent, an Optical Network Terminator (ONT) or some other exotic device, no modem = no internet.
This can be an important factor. Some modems are also routers. Which can cause problems.
