Nighthawk x6s AC4000 Packet Loss

My Nighthawk X6S AC4000 is giving me packet loss. I've test the modem connection, the cat cable going from modem to router, and have diagnosed the issue lies somewhere with the router. I've factory reset the router and that still hasn't solved the issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue and figured out how to resolve this?

My Setup (Cable 1Gbps/50Mbps)>CAX80 v2.1.2.1(LAG Disabled)> RBK953(v6.0.3.68) & XR450(v130)

What firmware version are you on? is the packet loss only on wireless or wired both?
