I am Korean. I bought it 20 days ago in the US. When you turn on the product, only red lights. Nothing. The other color turns on again after a certain interval. I was very disappointed with US products. Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has all been exchanged. I later found out there was a problem with this product. I want to be replaced. Please give me a quick answer.
