I have a Nighthawk X6 R8000 and all of a sudden today all we are getting is couldn't get IP address. Can someone help me please.
IP address where? on the LAN or WAN side?
Which firmware version? (not "the latest")
Does this happen on WiFi too?
I have it connected to my Virginmedia Hub via ethernet cable all lights are on but now getting connected without internet.
