Router has shut down and appears to be trying to start and then shutting down over and over again

have you tried a factory reset? push and hold reste for 7-15 seconds while its powered on?

or a 30/30/30 reset?

Yes that did not work. This will be my second net gear router that’s done this

Did it start randomly? 

Did it start after updating firmware?

You realize this is members of the public helping others out on their free time? 

I'm not going to fight to get answers from you when theres others that will put forth a little effort to make this easier/faster/ and worth my efforts.
