Hello I have been facing a problem since yesterday evening my router suddenly decided to decrease its range and mostly non of my devices are being connected except the ones of the same floor.
Before I was able to connect to 20 devices on 4 floors now it only connects to 4 device on 1 floor. The range has drastically decreased since yesterday evening never had this problem before. Didn’t change any settings or anything.
I have checked if the phone is on the same floor then it’s connects and as soon as I move the rage starts to decrease
Also I have to mention it’s on 2.4ghz that this is going on.
I have used theirs router for 6-7 years nor without any problems but I have got this weird problem now. I tried to close it for a while night last night didn’t work. I tired to reboot it didn’t work. I tried hard reset it didn’t work. I tried firmware downgrade it didn’t work. The problem is with WiFi router it’s only happened yesterday evening. Hopefully you guys help me as soon as possible. As you might know all our work is on net so hopefully you guys will help me soon as possible
