Has this just started happening? Or is this the initial setup?

Are the wifi lights showing on the R8000?

Have you rebooted the R8000?

The manual for the device is here:

>>>>> R8000 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<<

There is also newer firmware there.

If you do flash the firmware, then you will probably have to reset the router to its factory settings.

First update the firmware.

This may fix anything that is "broken".

Your firmware is 1.0.3.32. The newest is 1.0.3.36.

The easiest way to do this is to go to the device's browser interface and follow the instructions in the manual, on page 133.
