Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Mobile Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with mobile routers and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

I originally posted this in the Mobile Router product section, and they told me to post it here since this section has more experience and traffic related to Nintendo Switch :/
I'm really not sure what to do anymore. It sucks that I can no longer play my Nintendo Switch Online anymore. If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.

Well since you have a Netgear Mobile router, you should be using that forum for that product line.
For Nintendo Switch issues, You should be visiting Sony's support forums for that product as this forum is for NG Nighthawk 6/7/8/9 series routers. Users may have some information regarding some Switch experiences however may more limited rather than a Sony Switch forum with more users that are better experienced to help you.
Of course it's been mentioned to do a search here and there for anything related to Switch information. You might find something.
