We've have the 7000. Last night we tried to connect an HP printer via WiFi. Now none of the devices show up. Shows it's online, but nothing connects. Only the 2 lights on the left are on.
Not a model number. Look for "Model" on the product label.

A vague description of what does _not_ happen is less useful than a clear description of what _does_ happen.

What, exactly, shows what, exactly, how, exactly?

Those LED indicators have icons and titles. Also colors and activities, neither of which "on" describes.
None of that is a useful problem description. It does not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Pay particular attention to something like a "WiFi On/Off button with LED". Did you press it? Further reading might not hurt, either.

The router is connected to the modem and when I look at the router on my phone app, it shows that teh router is online. there are no devices in my house that will connect. phones, tv, computer, etc.
The power LED and internet LED are solid white. No other lights are on.
We were trying to connect a printer and hit the WPS LED button. It didn't pair.
We did also press the WiFi on/off button. Neither of these are lighting up.
Not a very detailed description of that device. (Also, in general, if a device has different types of ports, then "connected to device" is not enough detail.)

Doesn't sound like a normal pattern. Power-only could be, but not Power with Internet. Look for "Disable LED Blinking or Turn Off LEDs" in the User Manual.

What, exactly, does "connect" mean to you? Does a wired device get a valid IP configuration, or a self-assigned address, or what? Do the routers SSIDs appear in an available-networks list on a wireless device?

Which "my phone app" is that? And with a web browser?

If the thing is not communicating properly with any of your devices, and cycling the power doesn't change anything, then it might be time to try a settings (misnomer: Factory) reset, and manual reconfiguration. At the very least, that should get the LEDs into something like a normal state. Or else you might have a more serious problem.
