Updated my router to firmware version v1.3.1.44_10.1.23. None of my devices are able to connect to the internet. When the ssid broadcasts, my devices says authentication error. I've rebootrd my router and the ssid is not even broadcasted. Any tips?
Was it working before prior the firmware update? Did you reset the router after updating the firmware? If not, I recommend to reset the router to factory default after loading a firmware and start from scratch to obtain an accurate reading.
Yes, everything was working fine before the firmware update. I did a reset after updating the firmware. I have managed to get internet on my laptops. However, none of my wired/wireless smart devices are able to connect to the router.
