No internet connection
My router looses internet connection once a week. I try rebooting and nothing. I call Netgear wait on hold for 25 min. Then get hung up on by the person who finally answered the phone. Why does my router keep doing this??? The internet light is solid amber and I cannot seem to fix the issue. I do not have a computer, only a smartphone and Netgear doesn’t seem to want to help me. I am about to throw this thing out and never purchase another Netgear product!!!!
