No time zone option given for schedule

I've been trying to set up a schedule for the router but no matter what options I put, the router does not turn off at that time. I'v even tried all day for every day of the week and it hasnt done anything. The manual and guides tell me to set the time i want and then set the time zone but there is no time zone option for me. 

 

It's just blank. I haven't updated the router within the last two months either.

   You might look for something like ADVANCED > Administration > NTP
Setting, whither it might have been moved.

   And it seems to be a version behind, but the change might be older
than that.

 

   Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads.  (For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".)  Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want.  Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions.  (In the User Manual, look for "firmware", and,

especially, for a topic like "Manually Upload Firmware to the Router".)

I found the option thanks to your advice. Time zone is set correctly, but the schedule is not working at all. Any help?
