Nonexistant Support

Two routers were ordered from Netgear.com new.  They are each faulty.  Contacting support is endless hold or agents claiming they cannot hear you while their kids are screaming in the background.  Tonight they hung up four times and now the call was "transferred to the correct department" which is thirty minutes into hold music.

 

These units I have resold as a Partner company for many years.  The support line used was "Partner only support."  The calls are recorded and will be on Facebook/YouTube soon.  Anyone willing to assist?

You realize you're posting in the community forum where members of the public try to help out? 

We're not netgear. We're not support. We're just the public trying to help out.

threatening to publish audio we have zero control over isn't going to get you anywhere except for people to ignore this post because you might include our contribution to netgears when we're not part of netgear. 

 

Otherwise if you're posting on here for actual help with your product, maybe we can. 

Every company is going to have some failures. Its incredible rare to get 2 of them at the same time. 

so maybe a better explaination of whats going on, what you think is failing, and what you've tried to fix it might help. 

What firmware is on the router? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
