I'm attempting to forward ports 80 & 7090 to my Raspberr Pi per the instructions in the user manual, but I'm new to port forwarding and it's not letting me send it to the same IP address. Can anyone shed some light on what I might be doing wrong? How am I supposed to forward both ports, or am I supposed to "Trigger" both ports?
The instruction manual says the following:
Log in to your router’s administration interface.
Forward external port 80 (or an available external port of your choice) to the Raspberry Pi's internal port 80. This is a standard web port to load the web app. If you use an external port other than 80, you must append that port to the address in the browser. For example, if your external IP address is 1.2.3.4, and you forward port 8080 to the Raspberry Pi’s internal port 80, you must type http://1.2.3.4:8080 into a browser to load the web app.
Forward external port 7090 (or an available external port of your choice) to the Raspberry Pi’s internal websocket communication port 7090. If you choose an external port other than 7090, be sure to enter that port on the Login page.

Which "the user manual"?

"it's not letting me" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual, showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations. Copy+paste is your friend.
What, exactly, did you specify for each port-forwarding rule?
Port 80 is the default for a web browser ("http://"). What uses port 7090?

Perhaps, if you could shed some light on what, exactly, you're doing. And why.

I wouldn't expect any particular problem with forwarding two different ports to any particular IP address.
