Norton VPN no longer connects - Nighthawk AC1900
It appears there was some update/patch with Norton 360 w/ LLA w/ Secure VPN built in, apparently making it 'tighter' and now it no longer will connect when it did previously. It is exprienceing a 'connection error', according to the pop up message, that's all we get. Norton has been unable to resolve it thus far (Removed, deleted all Norton files, Reinstalled, performed Live Updates - all by Level 1 Norton support), our ISP says to look into the modem/router which they don't support Netgear (on the GUI page, something about ipv4 & ipv 6 firewall WAN settings?, but didn't mention what settings or where they should be set). We're running Win10 Pro, version 19019, build 18363.628 if this helps.
Any ideas on settings to look for that may be blocking Norton VPN from connecting, or any other ideas to allow it to connect if anyone else has recently experienced this with their new update/patch?
