Use the Port forwarding feature, or a DMZ as the last resort.

Firmware version? Connected to what?
"C" [your] (unspecified) "MY SECURITY CAMERAS" how, exactly?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "port
forwarding".

I don't see DMZ working for more than one camera ("CAMERAS").
