My router settings were wiped out when I had intermittent internet problem. I have managed to get internet working back. However, when I log into my OpenDNS account as previously, through the WIndows netgear genie app, the filteration is not working.Sites which have been previosly filtered can still be access.I have checked the settings in the genie app and it says the live parental controls are enabled. My OpenDNS settings from the OpenDNS website is obtainable by the router (custom settings are all there). I can see the OpenDNS account registered by the app. However, when I try a known block website previously, the router does not block it. I've tried on different wifi devices, it is still the same.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
