OpenVPN Windows 10 can ping and tracert but can't access LAN
Hi everyone,
I have a problem where I can't seem to access any LAN resources once connected to the VPN. I have two laptops both with the same client config. One of them connects fine and can access all the resources on the LAN and internet. The other which is the one I have issues with can ping (LAN and DNS) and tracert as well as access internet but can't reach any LAN resouces. If I try to browse to the router address it just will not go. Searched a few hours and tried various things. At one point I thought it was the fact that the TAP adapter was being classified as public but after fixing that and specifying it to be a private connection, I still can't access the LAN. oddly enough some UDP traffic works as I have a program that can scan for devices on the LAN via UDP works just fine. Any TCP connection fails however.
The logs do mention this:

I can also see some routes being added as well not sure it they are correct however.
Any help would be appreciated. Running windows version 2004 and OpenVPN version 11.20
