PLEX Server R9000 - Installation Not Starting

Hello,
I'm attempting to setup my Plex server on my brand new router, X10 R9000. I had a PLEX server on my main system and wanted to run it off the router. The issue I'm having right now is when I click enable plex server, nothing happens. The box to 'open plex' stays greyed out. I have tried unchecking the boxes here, then hitting apply, rechecking, apply again, nothing. I have tried using a 128gb disk as opposed to my standard 4tb, and nothing.
My assumption is the plex install should start after you checl download and enable PLEX server, but nothing seems to be activating.
Notes (FWIW)
I have rebooted several times.
I have an active internet connection
I have a lifetime plex pass
Running latest firmware as of today, 12-28-16. Firmware Version V1.0.1.36.
Thank you!

Just wanted to update, for some reason the plex server installed itself and am able to access and use it. It must have been slowly in stalling the background without any notification.
