Have had this router for about a month it is a Nighthawk X6 AC3000 #R7850 it has severe packet loss now 18-40% i have spectrum basic internet around 100mbs i used to have a X6AC3200 #R8000 it was about 7yrs old when i started to get packet loss everyone said replace it because it was old how is this new router barely used giving me the same issues a 7yr old one was ive tried factory resetting but i keep getting the same issues i had read in someone elses post that the firmware update was the cause of this issue im using the xbox to see the packet loss ive been on the phone waiting for netgear tech to answer forever. i am using a wired connection ive tried 5 different ethernet cables cat6 and cat5 i dont know the diffence im just trying to play online with out rubberbanding all over place. any help greatly appreciated thanks in adance

issue resolved firmware V1.0.5.48_10.0.4 was sent to me and is working good
