Parental control issue with Orbi and support inability to handle.
Hi, I bought a Orbi RBR750 router (with 2 satellites). I am trying to enable parental control for this router and i am always getting "New plan does not have a rate schedule with a currency matching the account's currency" whenever i unlock the premium option. I called customer support more than 10 times and created 5+ support cases. I still not get any support from Netgear. Netgear support is one of the worst support i am seeing for any product. Please provide any answer or help me cancel everything and reimburse my product.
