I am having an issue with my ping spiking. I am using Pingplotter on my imac wired into my XR500. When my network is idle my ping is good but as soon as i turn my Playstation on and start gaming I start getting ping spikes 150ms and above. They happen pretty consistantly. I have set up QoS and have tested moving the sliders and found that 50/50 works the best. But that doesn't solve the problem it still happens. When i run the Connections Benchmark sometimes i will get A's across the board and other times i will get a C or D for Ping under load without changing any settings. In the Ping under load section my upload always spikes way up to like 250ms and then comes down.
I have been trying to troubleshoot this for awhile now and I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
