Please help re register my Nighthawk
Since the last update to V126.96.36.199, my R7500v2 seems to be not registered anymore correctly to my account and I cannot use Remote Access anymore via Android Genie app and Windows Genie app. The Android app does not let me turn on Remote Access anymore and the Windows app now insists to register it when logging in but fails to do it. The Android app shows an empty list for Remote Access, no router there to select. I used this feature since a long time and it worked fine until the update. Is there any way a Netgear member here could please help me to get this registration problem solved?
