Plex causing internet loss

Hi,

I keep running into Plex causing my internet to drop on the router. As soon as I do a router reboot everything works fine. It happens when trying to find metadata for my files then if I am playing a video. Anyone run into this and know how to fix it?

We use Plex all the time and I have never had to reboot my R7000.

Same here. I stream movies everyday at 20 Mbps from a HDD hooked to the Nighthawk's USB3 without a glitch.

Plex used heavily....no problem since years.

PLEX works great w/my R7000 too. I copy movies from my power machine to my media server and stream them throughout the house.
