have an external usb 3.0 hdd connected to my xr700, the xr700 is the only router in the network and its connected directly to the fiber modem that does not have any router functionality or any user interface for me to access.
I have not changed any settings on the router other than enabled plex and set a admin password.
I used my google account to login to plex.
The problem is that i cant get remote access to work, it think its not connected to the internet.
Aslo despite so tried to connect to it remote and i can confirm i cant access the server.
my connection internet connection is 250/250Mbps
Edit, it is working great inside my house. Only not remote over the internet
