Poor support
Calling the support line was a true adventure. The person who answered could barely speak English and was located in a far off country. He was unable to get my email address correct after about ten minutes of back and forth. The landline connection dropped twice and the support person called me on my moblie line, but that dropped as well. I finally gave up, thanked him and hung up.
Is there no way to speak to a Netgear support rep located in the English-speaking world?
I finally lucked out and was able to set up my new router using the app. I still have a question, but I will not use the support line number most prominently displayed.
I hope to find the answer here from other Netgear users....
