Port forwarding is programmed but when i check they are closed
I'm trying to open up ports for my PS5 for Playstation Network
PSN says i need to open the following ports:
TCP/UDP 1935, 3074, 3478-3840
or
TCP 1935, 3478-3840
UDP 3074, 3478-3479
I've set up port forwarding on the router for the IP of my playstation. I use canyouseeme.org and none of my ports are open. I've done this a thousand times for my customers but for some reason it doesnt work at my house. I'm not a networking wizrard but I know most of the basics.
My setup is a Ubee cable broadband modem patched directly in to my Netgear AC1750 router. I've confirmed with my ISP that my modem isn't a router, it literally has one port that spits out one IP. My office is hardwired in to one of the ports on the netgear. In my office I have a 4 port switch that feeds my IP phone, iMac, and my PS5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't (yet) see your pictures. In-line images must be approved
by a moderator before others can see them. The time required varies.
Attachments have no such limitation. Of course, attachments have their
own one-per-message limitation.
Thus, I can't see your actual port-forwarding rules, or actual IP
addresses, or any other useful info.

Actual model number?

You can ask the router about its WAN/Internet IP address; there's no
need to trust anyone.
For the usual problems with port forwarding, see:

Re: Port forwarding is programmed but when i check they are closed
Hello @shawntanamobay ,
I have reviewed your images and have rejected them for your protection. We recommend redacting information such as the mac address and port numbers shown in your screenshots. This will help protect your network from being easily compromised.
Please @mention me ChristineT when you've uploaded the images again with the sensitive information redacted (blacked out) and I'll approve them promptly. 🙂 Then, hopefully @antinode can continue helping you after he can review the new images.
Kind Regards,
ChristineT

Do keep in mind that websites like canyouseeme and similar expect something to listen on the port for it to report it as being open and not filtered.

I should add something like that to that list of "usual problems".
Oh. Too late.

But I'm sure that everyone will benefit greatly from your colorful
equipment inventory, so perhaps it wasn't a total loss.
