Printer Disconnection - Constant

Have an Epson Artisan 837 and ever since installing Nighthawk the printer disconnects constantly. Two calls to Netgear Tech support got a change to DNS setting that did not work, then an offer to pay them $199 for a 24 month package that would fix the problem. Highly dissatisfied.

After removing and reinstalling printer, can print from desktop until printer gets booted again.

Any suggestions on a permanent fix that doesn't cost $200?

Did you use wireless or ethernet with printer to the router?

If you were only connect using wireless, you may want to use ethernet cable and see how it behaves

I have a similar issue with my HP printer that regularly loses Wifi connectivity with the Nighthawk. If I power down the printer and then power it on the connection is usually restored. It is a pain and I did not expect to have this issue with a $200 router. Hopefully Netgear continues to work on the firmware and resolves this an the myriad of other technical issues.
