Problems at support website adding information to open ticket
Does anybody else have problems adding information to open tickets in the support website? Whenever I click the case number of an open case, nothing shows up. And given the way they make support so damn difficult, I honestly believe this is completely intentional, as I've tried it with multiple browsers and the symptoms are there across all of them.
