R 7000 devices not connecting to internet, "connected but no internet"

What firmware is on it? 

What modem/gateway are you connecting it to? 

Is this a new issue or did you just buy the r7000?

I have the R 7000

the login interface says that I have the latest firmware

It is connected to Canada Virgin Mobile fibre modem

purchased a year ago the problems surfaced this week

none of my devices can get internet
