R6120 - Serial number is already registered
I know this issues has been raised several times before, but I can't find any direct path of assistance from Netgear, so I'm posting it again here. I had to perform a hard reset on my modem and router, and now Netgear wants me to register my product before allowing me access to my wifi settings. The problem is, I get the error "Serial Number is Already Registered" when I try to register. Can anyone help me?
Thanks so much.

Re: R6120 - Serial number is already registered
Please post about this here for your model router:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/General-WiFi-Routers-Non/bd-p/home-wifi-routers-general
Are you seeing this with a web browser? Which browser are you using?
What FW version is loaded on the router?
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser pointed at 192.168.1.1
Good Luck.
