R6220 does not show device names in attached device list (only ip addresses)

Question

In the latest Nighthawk app (v2.13.0.79) with the latest firmware version on the router, I have 9 devices attached but I only see the names for two or three of them. For the rest, I only get the IP address. 2 are wired macOS computers,4 are ipads and 3 are iphones. All are connected to the router and are accessing the internet. All of them have a device name set. Not having the names is quite annoying.

No, browser interface also does not show device names, only IP addresses.

Did it ever show the names?&nbsp;I don't have an R6220 to test with.
Its a bit old of a devices and base model so&nbsp; not sure if it had that feature to start with.&nbsp;

As I said, it shows the hardwired devices and only 2 or 3 of the wireless devices.I set the thing up with NightHawk app when I installed it but I can't confirm with confidence that it worked at that time.
