R6350 connection troubles, keeps making me login

I recently purchased an R6350 router. I replaced my existing router with it, did the admin setup and everything else it asked for. I connect to the network, have pretty good signal thru the house (which was the problem with the old router, once you were out of the living room you lost wifi), but every time I enter a URL or go to one of the already opened tabs on my browser (chrome), it redirects me to the netgear "terms of use" agreement page. I agree, then it makes me log in again, then it checks my connection for a few minutes. Once its connected, it goes to a page telling me I can't visit that site (any site, including google and the netgear support pages, I'm on my mobile data right now actually).

I'm assuming this is something in the admin settings, but I don't know where to start.
