R6400V2 / how to set up as wifi bridge
Their modem/ router will not be where my netgear router is located.
I can not run an ethernet cable between them.
Where / how do I set the netgear router to be bridged wifi.
Thanks

Does the ISP's device support wireless bridging?
For the R6400V2, start in the usual place. The manual.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
and feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
See the section Set Up the Router in Bridge Mode.
You may have done this already, but I can't tell from your message.

Re: R6400V2 / how to set up as wifi bridge
Yep, I had seached / read the manual. which showed how to set up as an AP with wired ethernet. I found no reference / settings for setting up as a wireless repeater / AP, hence my post to make sure that I had covered all the bases.
A reddit reply to my post sent the following link:
https://kb.netgear.com/24108/How-do-I-enable-the-extender-mode-feature-on-my-Nighthawk-router
Which lists the steps, and at the end of the kb lists the routers that it applies to, and my router is not listed.
In the meantime, I may have come up with another solution. The room where the ISP device will be connected also has a coax connection. I will use a coax to ethernet device (MOCA) to connect the ISP device to my Netgear R6400V2.
Thanks
