R6400v2 Firmware email app says no new firmware

Received an email telling me there is new firmware.

As instructed I went to the Nighthawk App. My firmware is 1.0.4.98

The new firmware is supposed to be 1.2.0.74

The app tells me there is no firmware update. 

What's going on?

Netgear support  for this is non existant..Thank you for any help.

You are correct. I didn't notice that. 

I don't know why they sent me the message.

theres not a firmware number 1.2.0.74 for either the R6400 or R6400v2

The r6400 that you put is different than the r6700 in the email. Which do you have?
