I have a chrome book from my sons school and it keeps telling me I have the wrong pass word. I know the password is correct.
Is this the wifi password?

This is the only device that will not allow me to connect to the wifi.
This tells me that the problem is with the chromebook.

Only you know what tat means, but one thought is that you have chosen a wifi password that contains some characters that the chromebook objects to.
You could try giving the wifi a new password.
You could also try to setup a "guest network".
If you visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section Set Up a Guest Network.
